Ava adopted IFC 2021 (Sec. 18-57). Fireworks are also regulated in Chapter 46 of the city code (see Ord. 1174, June 23, 2026, amending Chapter 46 Article III Fireworks).
Coordinate commercial sprinkler / alarm questions with IBC Chapter 9 and the Fire Department. Construction safeguards: IBC Chapter 33 and IFC.
