Sec. 98-39 Requirement to connect (Ord. 775, 11-25-08):
If a public water main is within 100 feet of the property line, the owner must connect within 90 days after official notice (except as provided in 98-12).
Sec. 98-47 Liability of owner (Ord. 397): the city is not liable for pressure/volume fluctuations or main breaks; no refund for interruption.
Sec. 98-48 Miscellaneous: do not turn water on/off at street valves or remove a meter without the city; service pipes/meters must be accessible.
Sec. 98-304 Sewer user charges (Ord. 974): residential based on Nov–Jan water use. Historical table on the page runs through FY 2019. Confirm current sewer dollars.
