Business licensing is in the city code (typically Chapter 22). Scanned licenses live on the city scan drive.
Business licenses are issued by City Hall under the Code of Ordinances (Businesses chapter). To see whether a specific business is licensed, search the Scans tab (Licenses folder on the network drive) by business name or address.
New license, renewal, or “are they licensed?” questions: search scans first, then the Clerk. This portal does not replace the official license register; it makes the paper/PDF scans searchable for staff.
